Located within an easy drive from San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Palm Springs and Las Vegas, Alpine Meadows offers groups of all ages an exciting experience throughout the year.

Enjoy snow sports in the winter and a full array of activities during the spring and fall. The Alpine Meadows program facilities include an Olympic size swimming pool, soccer and softball fields, basketball and sand volleyball courts, horse shoes, low and high ropes course, climbing tower, archery range, and nearby Jenks Lake. The lake offers a beautiful sand beach, canoeing, kayaking, and a picnic area.

Lodging / Facilities

Accommodations are fully winterized. Housing is provided in dormitory-style cabins, each with generously sized bunk beds, private bath, heat and carpeting. Additionally the site offers V.I.P. rooms that are equipped with double and single beds, comfortable lounge furniture, desks and private baths.

Meeting space is provided that can accommodate 20 to 400 people. All lodges are carpeted, fully winterized and equipped with indoor restroom facilities. In addition, all lodges also include either a cozy stone fireplace or wood burning stove.

Alpine Meadows Retreats has a large, modern kitchen. It is staffed by a team of professionals who provide delicious and healthy meals for our guests. All lunches and dinners include a fresh salad bar and dinners always include fresh breads and homemade desserts. Breakfast comes complete with cereal and oatmeal bar. With advanced notice, our kitchen can accommodate any and all dietary needs. The kitchen has been modified and all meals are prepared and served kosher. Coffee, tea and fresh fruit are always available throughout your stay in the main dining hall.

Educational Overview

Naturalists at Large offers an array of hiking options on one of the many beautiful mountain trails that lead from the camp to Jenks Lake, the Santa Ana River, or Mt. San Gorgonio. The high and low ropes courses available here at Alpine Meadow is a perfect opportunity for your class to experience a high quality team building adventure.
